Getting your team onto the platform and comfortable with it. This covers account setup, role configuration, and a structured introduction session for team members. Onboarding is designed to be completed in a single working day for most teams.
Defining what success looks like for your innovation projects before they start. We work with your team to establish criteria that are specific enough to measure but flexible enough to apply across different project types.
Periodic working sessions to review how the process is functioning. What is working, what is creating friction, and what adjustments would improve throughput. These sessions use data from the platform as the starting point for the conversation.
